As a student or staff user, when you reach 95% of your allocated disk S: drive My Documents storage quota, you will receive a notification email informing you that you have 5% left. You should delete any files that are no longer required.
As a student and staff user, when you reach 100% of your allocated disk S: drive My Documents storage quota, you will receive an automatic "one-time" extra storage space allocation. You will receive an email stating the extra allocation amount. You will need to delete any files that are not required as no more space will be allocated unless justifiable.
